This true to original copy of a storm lantern is a ship's lantern in massive brass.
The lamp is made for a use with petroleum; it is possible however to turn it into an electrical light with just a little effort.
The burner with the tank for the oil can be pulled out; the necessary cylinder is included.
You can also insert a tea light and use it as hanging lamp.
