This sword model is believed to be from the 12th cent., at the peak of the crusader kingdom in the Holy Land.
Very unfortunately, until now not a single complete crusader sword was found in the whole of the Holy Land, save few fragments and two swords salvaged from the sea at the old port of Atlit which naturally are nothing more than a pack of rust.

Our fine sword replica is a hand crafted, high quality reconstruction.

The blunt blade is of EN45 high carbon spring steel and features a round tip and a full tang - no rat tail construction.

Overall length with scabbard: 102 cm / 40.1"
Length of sword: 95 cm / 37.4"
Blade length: 78 cm / 30.7"
Max. blade width: 4.4 cm / 1.7"

Weight incl. scabbard: 2 kg / 4.4 lbs.
