This helmet replica is similar to one of the helmets found in the gladiator barracks of Pompeii.
One of the original helmets found is shown in the National Museum of Naples.
The crest has the shape like a griffon and that refers the helmet as Thraex-Helmet.
This helmet made from solid steel (1 mm) is for decoration. If you intend to wear it you should cover up the sharp edges on the inside of the helmet and make the hinges consistently.
You also should wear a padded cap (Y17S or Y17BS).
