This reproduction of a Secutor Gladiator helmet is based on finds in Pompeii.
The gladiators were accomodated directly next to the "arena". This is where these egg-shaped helmets were found. Originals can be seen in the Naples National Museum.
Our helmet was handmade from steel and brass like the original.
A cotton padding is included.
