K46 - 36'' antiqued boat steering wheel with inset clock
This boat steering wheel is handmade of solid wood.
In its centre a solid brass frame with a port hole type clock fitting is set into its frame and 6 spokes hold it tightly in place.They are fitted with pegs exactly as in an antique sailboat's steering wheel.
There is an insciption on the clock's face:
RICKMER RICKMERS.
Rickmer Rickmers is a 3 master built in the German port of Bremerhaven in 1896, and is now a famous visitor attraction in the port of Hamburg, Germany..
To set the clock or to change batteries simply open the "port hole" as shown on photo 3.

12.5 cm (5”) long handgrips add to give it an overall diameter of 91 cms. (36”).
