A07 - Fagot knife, Civil War USA 1831
This fagot knife was introduced in the French artillery in 1831 and was also adopted by other European and overseas states.
Originals are sought-after collectibles. This copy was made for theatre use and collection, and it looks stunningly genuine. Both sides of the scaled grip show the 19th century US army eagle. These pieces were used in the US Civil War against the Confederate States.
Like the original the knife is 60 cm / 23.6" long (incl. leather sheath 66 cm / 26").
