U57 - Small mantel clock, Roman figures, antique look
This decorative mantel clock is, externally, a true to original copie of an old capitain clock. Internally, it is operated by a modern quartzwerk that runs for weeks through a 1,5 volt battery.
The clock is generated from darkly pickled tropical wood and has the following measures:
Height: 20 cm / 7.87 inches
Clock base: 30 cm X 8,5 cm / 11.8 X 3.35 inches
Diameter of the clock face: 10 cm / 3.9 inches
Weight: 1 kg / 2.2 pounds
The wood as well as the clock face (with the picture of an old 3-mast boat) have been finished off with an antique look. In accordance to old clocks, the glass is curved to the exterior. On the back of the clock there is a board which can be detached in order to insert the necessary battery.
