AH6058I - Corinthian Steel Helmet, 600-500 B.C.
I am offering an authentic copy of a Corinthian helmet in original size.A very similar however original helmet in brass was sold by Christie's in Nov. 2002 as part of the famous Gutmann collection (lot 45) for over £55,000 ! Ours is more than 1000times less !
It fits almost every head size nicely (it is 23 cms. (9 inches) long and 20 cms (8 inches) wide and has a padded liner inside.
It was handmade from steel and weighs abt. 1.4 kgs.(3 lbs).
