G50 - French Cuirassier Helmet, like pattern 1874
I am selling an authentic copy of this French helmet in original size. This style of helmet was used by French cuirassiers since 1874.
We made this helmet for decoration or theatrical use, because original pieces are almost unobtainable even at very high prices. .
The helmet weighs approx. 1.5 kg (approx. 4 lbs.). It is made of brass and steel and has a leather lining.It is 36 cms.(14 inches) high (including red feather bush) and fits everybody's head size when the chin strap is properly set.
