D15E - Roman -Gladiator- helmet, spiked
This helmet looks similar to one used in a Hollywood film and makes the gladiator’s eyes visible.
The actual gladiator helmets which were e.g. found in Pompeii were closed and can be seen in the museum of Naples.
Our helmet with spikes comes in a large 62 cms. head size (7.5/8 UK size) and can be padded to fit smaller heads. It is made from 18 gauge steel and weighs 1.7 kg ( 3.75 lbs).
