AH6080 - Napoleonic French cavalry cuirass early 19th century
This finely reproduced cuirass matches the quality of an original.
Consisting of a breast plate and a back plate it is made of 16 gauge polished steel.Both sides are locked together by leather straps with brass scales, brass studs and a leather belt, as they were used in Napoleon’s cavalry elite unit from 1809 onwards.
Breast and back plate are both 43 cms.(17") high and suitable for all chest and waist sizes up to 107 cms. (42").
The set weighs 5.5 kgs. (12 lbs.).
