A17B - pole arm halberd, 15th and 16th century, replica
We cannot ship a complete reproduction halberd due to the length of its shaft.
We just sell the fine steel reproduction head which was actually developed for theatrical use and is now available for everybody for decoration and roll play.
The actual shafts of halberds were abt. 7 feet long, such a shaft has to be fixed to the head supplied.
Diameter of shaft to be 1.3/8 inch / 35 mms.
Please note that the cutting edges and points may have to be filed down as only blunt weapons are allowed on stage.
Overall length of the head: 20 inch / 50 cms,the overall width is abt 13 inch / 33 cms.
Its blade is made from 18 gauge (1.2mms) steel.
