AH3134SET - set of 2 German hunting short swords, late 18th cent.
I am selling a set of two reproduction German short hunting sword originating from the late 18th century.
They are different in length and width of their blades.
Both have blunt edges for stage use, however dont forget to file their tips down for use on stage.
Their handforged high carbon steel blades are
41 cms (16") long and 2 cms(3/4") wide
and 40 cms (15.3/4") long and 2.6 cms (1") wide.Quillon, handguard and pommel are made from brass.Their grips are made from bone.
Total length (including sheaths) is 64 cms (25") and 62 cms(24").
Total weight of the set of 2: 1500 g. (3.25 lbs)
