This bascinet helmet copy is handforged from steel and is based on a 14th century original.
The visor can be opened; small slids in the visor protect the eyes. The leather covered inlet can be adjusted.
The helmet is made of 2mm thick steel and is suitable for reenactment.
Headsize (inner liner size): Max. 59 cm (23.2").

You may either use the brass casings or the small holes in the back rim to attach a chainmail neck protection.
