This boat steering wheel is handmade of solid wood.

On one side a brass wheel is set into its frame and 8 spokes make it fit for sturdy use. On the back (lower photo) you can see how the pegs are fitted exactly as in an antique wheel.

It has a solid brass centre with an outer diameter of 14 cms with a 2.6 cm keyhole.

Diameter of frame: 66 cms. (25.5")
12.5 cm (5") long handgrips add to give it an overall diameter of 91 cms. (36").
Weight: 5.7 kgs (12 lbs)
