We all know the stories of the heroic knights "serving god with the sword".The order of the Knights Templar was the first of them, founded by 8 French knights in 1119 and officially confirmed in 1129.However, this order became so powerful and rich that only 193 years later the French king Philipp IV induced pope Clemens V to suppress and dissolve the order in 1312 and their leader was burned at the stake.

The sword we are selling honors the crusaders in general and particularly the noble order of the Knights Templar.

You find their symbol, the medieval cross, inside the pommel and engraved on both sides of the blade. The crossbar's centre shows the traditional seal of the Knights Templar: 2 knights riding on a single horse.

The sword is 120 cms (47.2 inches) long,the stainless steel blade length alone is 94 cms.(37 inches).Weight : 2.8 kgs. (6 lbs.)

A plate (artificial wood) to be used as wall holdfast is included in our offer:
