We offer a medieval helmet in the style of one which the "Good King" St.Wenceslas is supposed to have worn as duke of Bohemia in the 10th century.
When you visit Prague in the Czech Republic you will see his statue on St. Wenceslas square (he is shown in full armour on his horse) and he is wearing exactly this type of helmet.
This helmet is of 18 gauge (1.2 mms.) steel and large enough (head size 25 inches = 64 cms) so that a chainmail coif can be worn under it as shown on our top photo.
The helmet weighs 1.4 kg (3 lbs.)
