This helmet is of outstanding quality, made for reenactors and collectors.

The colour is matt khaki like the original we had. 18 gauge steel was used, so our helmet weighs exactly the same as the original helmet: 1 kgs./2.2 lbs.
Helmet size is a medium "Kopfweite Gr.60" (hat size 60 = size 7.1/2 inch).

Please note: This helmet resembles the M 35 German helmet with its oval shell, but the design has been altered to a rounder shape of shell with the air vents stamped directly into the shell to reduce production costs and time. The M 35 air vents were separately inserted hollow steel rivets. You can easily identify M 35 and M 40 by this feature alone.
