I am selling a reproduction of a German hussars officer sabre.

Almost all German states had similar cavalry sabres before 1871 (when the German "Reich" was founded and the single states were abolished).

The sword has a curved steel blade, 82 cms./32.1/2" long.

It has a steel scabbard with one carrying ring.

Total length (including scabbard) is 98 cms cms/38.1/2".
Weight : 1 kg/ 2.2 lbs.

It is ideal for display and stage use and a famous sabre for re-enactors.
